I work with clients who are already successful and driven.  I am often asked to work with them as they clarify how to go further and/or faster. 

Two areas where my clients have found my style and experience particularly helpful are:

Working in transition. This is typically where my clients have new roles, increased responsibility; and

Working with significant challenge and / or uncertainty.   This is where the level of challenge or uncertainty is having an impact on performance or success.
