I specialise in coaching people experiencing transitions, challenge and uncertainty.
This is partly a result of the journey I had to become a coach: In my 20s and early 30s I helped advise, and run, organisations in distress while working at KPMG and Barclays Bank. This involved strategic, operational and financial analysis. It required significant stakeholder management and influencing in fast changing, challenging and uncertain circumstances. In my early 30s I was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of Leukaemia. I spent nearly a year in isolation having chemotherapy and a bone marrow transplant. I chose to combine my professional and my personal experience to work with individuals and small teams in driving success in challenging and uncertain environments.
I combine my experience of working, and living, in uncertainty and challenge with a decade of study at postgraduate level, and a significant amount of experience as an executive coach. I help those I work with to find their own path to success.
